The "Kent School of Close Kombat Methods" is a small friendly club offering very realistic street defence tactics and training methods in Kent.
The methods we teach are practical easy and quick to learn and are based on natural and simple movements that can be remembered - these are 'triggered' by the bodies natural reactions which means they work well under stress.
K.S.C.K.M deals with the kind of threats and attacks likely to be encountered on the street. Class sessions typically cover knife defence, gun disarms, escapes from vicious street holds and grabs, head locks, chokes and strangles, defences against kicks and punches, baseball bats, bottles, ground survival plus multiple attackers and more. We also incorporate F.A.S.T Combatives (Fear Adrenal Stress Training) into our sessions. The F.A.S.T training methods allow our students to develope good awareness and verbal skills aswell as learning simple effective striking tools that can be delivered with maximum impact through Combative scenarios.
